/ Alicante region inspection trip.
Joining us on an Inspection Trip is the best way to view
the wide range of new and re-sale properties we have on offer
and an opportunity to speak on a one-to-one basis to friendly
and experienced staff whose knowledge of the area and advice
on property purchase you will find invaluable. Most have moved
from the UK to Spain and their first hand knowledge is especially
useful.
These Inspection Trips lasting 3, 4 or 5 days are intended
for people in a position to purchase but at no time will you
be under any pressure to buy – if you haven’t
seen property you like then we wouldn’t expect you to
buy.
What’s included
- Return flights normally from your
nearest airport in the UK to either Alicante or San Javier
(Murcia) airports where you will be met and taken to your
accommodation and returned at the end of the visit. Payments
for air travel will be made directly to the travel agent
or airline.
- Inspection visits are for 3, 4
or 5 days duration, either from Tuesday to Saturday or Saturday
to Tuesday and are available most of the year. Other 3-5
day visits are available on request.
- Quality accommodation will be
provided exclusively for you in an apartment or villa so
you can really experience the area for yourself.
- During your inspection of the
properties we will provide lunch and drinks. In the evening
we will leave you free to explore and can provide transport
and arrange dinner if you wish.
- You’ll enjoy visits to towns,
villages, marinas, beaches and golf courses and view various
new developments and resale properties in the area likely
to be of the most interest to you.
- And we promise NO SALES PRESSURE,
just helpful knowledgeable staff.
- No Language Barrier – Please
don’t worry if you can’t speak Spanish, our
local staff, Lawyers and Mortgage Advisors will converse
with you in English.
